The processing of data related to the web services of this site takes place at the registered office of the Owner or of the subjects of which the Owner makes use for the performance of activities instrumental and/or ancillary to the management of the data collected, and are only handled by authorized personnel, or by third parties authorized by the Owner.
5) PURPOSE OF TREATMENT
The collection and processing of data is carried out for the sole purpose of enabling navigation or responding to requests made by interested parties who voluntarily fill in the form on the site.
6) PERIOD OF DATA RETENTION
The Data Controller will process the data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes.
6) RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS
Within the limits of the type of data that this website processes, in accordance with the Regulation, the interested party has the right to access his or her own Data, in particular, to obtain at any time confirmation of the existence or non-existence of such Data and to know their content, origin, geographical location and to request a copy.
In addition to the right of access concerning the possibility of obtaining confirmation from the Data Controller that his or her data is being processed, the Data Subject has the rights set out in Articles 16-21 of the Regulation.
