The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

to subjects, also external and/or foreign, of which the Owner makes use for the development of instrumental and/or accessory activities to the management of the data collected and the provision of services and benefits connected to them, including suppliers of software solutions, web applications and storage services also provided through Cloud Computing systems and used for this purpose.


The processing of data related to the web services of this site takes place at the registered office of the Owner or of the subjects of which the Owner makes use for the performance of activities instrumental and/or ancillary to the management of the data collected, and are only handled by authorized personnel, or by third parties authorized by the Owner.


The collection and processing of data is carried out for the sole purpose of enabling navigation or responding to requests made by interested parties who voluntarily fill in the form on the site.


The Data Controller will process the data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes.


Within the limits of the type of data that this website processes, in accordance with the Regulation, the interested party has the right to access his or her own Data, in particular, to obtain at any time confirmation of the existence or non-existence of such Data and to know their content, origin, geographical location and to request a copy.

In addition to the right of access concerning the possibility of obtaining confirmation from the Data Controller that his or her data is being processed, the Data Subject has the rights set out in Articles 16-21 of the Regulation.
